There are a lot of '80s pop culture references in the Netflix original series "Stranger Things," but there's one subtle Easter egg in particular which could explain some of the show's mysteries. It's sparked a popular fan theory about the main character that seems to make perfect sense, at least in the fantastical reality in which the show is set.
